The program

Luke’s Bar LLC, doing business as Luke’s Outlet Bar & Grill, operates Outlet Regulars. Subscribers may receive recurring marketing texts about food and drink specials, events, live music, and birthday offers, including messages sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. There is no fee from us to join.

Joining and eligibility

To subscribe to texts, you must be 21 or older, provide your full date of birth and your own US mobile number, and actively check the SMS consent box before submitting our signup form. You must be authorized to use that number. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or Outlet Regulars membership. You can submit the club signup form without checking the SMS consent box; doing so does not subscribe you to texts. The website checks the birth date you provide; it does not check an identity document. Do not provide false details or enroll another person.

Current service status

Signup is open. Eligible new signups that choose text updates are sent to our Outlet Regulars list in SimpleTexting. Text delivery depends on your subscription status and carrier. Outlet Regulars is not a points program. See our birthday perk details for the current offer and redemption terms. Text signup is optional and is not required to redeem the birthday perk.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. At any time, contact lukesbarllc@gmail.com or (641) 357-1035 for help or to withdraw consent. Let us know if you change or give up your number.

Delivery and privacy

Delivery depends on your carrier and service availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy policy for how signup information is handled. If the program or terms change, updated terms will be posted here; fresh consent will be obtained where required.
