This policy describes information collected through the Luke’s Outlet website and Outlet Regulars, operated by Luke’s Bar LLC.
Information we collect
Club signup records include the name you choose to provide, phone number or email address, full date of birth for new signups, your marketing choice, signup time, source page, and the wording and version of the consent and policies. SMS signups require a birth date showing an age of at least 21. Contact ownership is not verified by this website.
Band applications include the performer and contact details, links, availability, and other information submitted on that form. Website hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs. We use a hashed IP identifier for short-term signup rate limiting. Owner login uses session cookies; the specials display uses browser session storage to remember when a poster was shown.
How we use information
You can join Outlet Regulars without opting in to marketing texts. Unchecked SMS consent is recorded as not subscribed, and those signups are not enrolled in SMS delivery. We use signup information to manage club membership and requested updates, check age eligibility, prepare birthday offers, document consent, respond to requests, and prevent abuse. We use band application information to review and arrange performances. When you opt in to texts, we send your mobile number, name, date of birth and signup consent details to SimpleTexting to manage your subscription. Joining without SMS consent does not send your details to SimpleTexting.
Service providers and sharing
Website hosting and storage providers process data to operate the site. For SMS subscribers, SimpleTexting and its delivery providers will process the subscriber information needed to operate the program. We do not sell personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process that information only to deliver and support our program. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect against fraud or misuse.
Your choices and retention
Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You can contact lukesbarllc@gmail.com or (641) 357-1035 at any time to withdraw consent, request access, correction, or deletion, or ask a privacy question. We retain information while needed to operate the program and maintain consent, opt-out, security, and legally required records. We may retain limited records after an opt-out or deletion request where needed to honor that request or satisfy recordkeeping duties.
Protection and age restrictions
Member details are stored behind owner access controls and are not displayed publicly. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Outlet Regulars is for adults 21 and over; underage signup submissions are rejected before member records are saved. Contact us if an inaccurate birth date has been submitted so we can correct or remove the record.
Other websites and updates
External links, including Facebook and performer sites, have their own privacy practices. We will post updates to this policy with a new effective date.
